Becoming the best version

of yourself

My friend and NY Times best-selling author, Matthew Kelly, likes to speak to groups about being the best version of yourself. I’m including a link to his YouTube presentation on the subject at the conclusion of this introduction.

I listen to plenty of leaders talk about how they want to “build a better culture” and “improve teamwork” and that’s all well and good. But the bottom line is that culture and teamwork begin with the individual.

So encouraging employees to become a better version of themselves by giving them the training and resources to do so is essential to creating legendary workplaces. Enjoy the video; it will be time well spent.
