Communication across different generation can be challenging.

To say that Baby Boomers and Generation Y employees are different is an understatement. Boomers want to feel like they can trust the company they work for, while Gen Y employees want to feel a sense of belonging. But one thing they both possess is a hunger for communication.

Rebecka Freels, a former CTA and OTA communications director, operates a Calgary-based marketing, communications and events practice, discusses this very subject in her article, “Communicating to all generations”.
